As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and help drive our marketing strategy and operations to new heights.

Brandshopper is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Marketing Director to drive new customer acquisition, increase retention, and expand market opportunities. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and business development strategies, leading multi‑channel campaigns, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The Marketing Director will oversee digital marketing initiatives, leverage analytics and AI‑driven marketing tools, optimize brand presence, and help develop and expand a print and catalog mailing strategy.

A key responsibility of this role is driving new‑to‑file growth, analyzing results, and working with the merchandising team to ensure product assortments are optimized across channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e‑commerce marketing as well as print prospecting, catalog production, data organization, and promotional planning. We are seeking a hands‑on, analytical, and high‑energy leader to join our fast‑growing and entrepreneurial organization.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Marketing Leadership experience
  • Experience in Big Commerce preferred
  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, manage internal and external resources
  • Support and help oversee the day‑to‑day efforts of the Marketing & Merch teams
  • Assist in bringing marketing strategies to life in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Development of KPIs to track campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of digital, social media, and paid media strategies
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
