Loyalty Specialist

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and customer communications that drive engagement through our loyalty program. Responsibilities include Score Card and Score Card Gold across all of our brands (DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream) and any new programs or brands that we launch in the future. The role also manages the daily operations of our gift card program.

• Assist in the development and execution of Loyalty Marketing Plans across all DICK’S brands.
• Lead the execution of the annual marketing plans for all loyalty programs across all brands.
• Manage and communicate the monthly marketing/content calendar.
• Maintain cross‑functional partnerships to identify and execute engaging loyalty campaigns and communications.
• Develop effective creative templates and briefs for email and direct mail channels to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
• Partner with project management leads to keep projects on track; identify risks and mitigate issues.
• Review all loyalty marketing for accuracy and alignment with business objectives and branding guidelines.
• Monitor and manage in‑store signage inventory across all DICK’S brands and store locations, including new store grand openings.
• Handle all field communications across all loyalty programs.
• Identify testing opportunities for forward‑thinking loyalty marketing.
• Support the development and execution of the vendor partnership program.
• Collaborate with the Loyalty Planner – Credit on Score Card initiatives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of target customers and monitor competitive loyalty offerings to generate prospective ideas.
• Facilitate, resolve, and elevate questions and issues as they arise.
• Manage the daily operations and execution of Gift Card Marketing Plans.
• Develop and execute annual gift card marketing plans to grow internal and third‑party gift card programs.
• Monitor gift card inventory and manage the execution of replenishment orders, including artwork review and data testing.
• Facilitate the review and execution of all gift card marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy for internal campaigns and third‑party opportunities.
• Track and review performance of incremental placement in third‑party channels to generate future campaign ideas.
• Assist in enhancing the vision and strategy for the gift card program by identifying testing opportunities.
• Support Loyalty & Credit budgets by tracking actual spend versus budget and identifying opportunities to support initiatives.
• Compile monthly Credit invoice files and submit them for reimbursement.
• Support Grand Opening Loyalty Acquisition by coordinating events with Community Marketing partners and managing offer execution through internal systems.
• Collaborate with category marketing to communicate luxury acquisition offers through owned channels.
• Analyze and share results of Grand Opening loyalty acquisition events with key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in loyalty, marketing, or related roles.
