Are you ready to shape the future of connected advisor experiences for a global financial services leader? As a Senior Digital Engagement Strategist, you will serve as a consultative partner driving end-to-end omnichannel solutions across human and digital touchpoints. In this high-visibility role, you will convert complex behavioral insights into high-impact customer journeys that deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
3x in office in Malvern, PA Responsibilities:

Architect data-driven audience strategies and journey maps to elevate financial advisor engagement across connected channels.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy trigger-based, always-on digital journeys using advanced marketing automation and personalization.

Synthesize behavioral signals and performance analytics to continuously optimize journey orchestration, messaging, and conversion performance.

Establish strategic KPIs and lead rigorous experimentation agendas to prove business impact and refine scalable engagement models.

Qualifications:

5+ years of strategic marketing experience, with at least 2 years specializing in digital marketing, user experience, or engagement strategy.

Deep expertise in journey orchestration, marketing automation platforms, and data-driven personalization capabilities.

Proven track record of leveraging behavioral signals, segmentation, and performance insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

Strong collaborative leadership skills with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Opportunity
