• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing engagement with healthcare providers regarding HIV treatment options.
• Work in collaboration with various internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on marketing campaigns and product positioning.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing initiatives.
• Lead the development of promotional materials and educational resources for healthcare providers, ensuring they are both informative and compliant with industry regulations.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize marketing efforts and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, including conferences and workshops, to promote HIV treatment solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on marketing performance and strategic recommendations.

• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies specifically targeting healthcare providers.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of the HIV treatment landscape, including current therapies and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Experience in utilizing digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance outreach efforts.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Previous experience working within a cross‑functional team environment, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to pharmaceutical marketing.
