We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of consumer-focused marketing initiatives for a leading lubricants and automotive services company
ResponsibilitiesB2C Marketing ExecutionImplement brand strategies and marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL BTL PR digital and in-store channels Support product development initiatives and lead product introductions and relaunches in the market Contribute to price management activities including pricing reviews competitive benchmarking and alignment with sales and finance to ensure market competitiveness Ensure effective deployment of POS materials and retail activations to drive consumer engagement and sales uplift
Product amp Portfolio SupportCoordinate cross-functionally on new product development NPD projects from concept to launch Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback and sales data
Consumer amp Market InsightsGather and analyze market and consumer data to optimize campaigns and activations Map customer journeys and tailor messaging across touchpoints to improve conversion and loyalty Monitor competitor activities including pricing strategies and industry trends
Light B2B ExposureAdvantageous Support sector-based marketing initiatives targeting workshops distributors fleet and other trade segments where applicable Contribute to Customer Value Proposition CVP development for priority segments Assist in customer journey marketing initiatives that enhance both consumer and trade engagement
Performance Measurement amp ReportingTrack KPIs related to campaign performance product launches pricing impact and brand visibility Analyze ROI and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
Required skills- Academic:
Bachelor s or MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
8 10 years in marketing, preferably with exposure to brand execution in B2C channels, ideally within lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industries. - Proven experience supporting product launches and pricing initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent team player with experience managing marketing agencies and partnerships.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
