As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with sales teams, this role involves understanding customer needs and creating targeted marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate very closely with channel partners, co-driving marketing campaigns, and ensuring a full funnel approach to our marketing strategies.

Build the marketing strategy for your business unit in alignment with the budget and business strategy.
Develop and execute customer marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver on them.
Create and manage marketing programs, including events, trade shows, exhibitions, email campaigns, social media promotions, and loyalty programs.
Design different sales enablement material, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, actioning insights and recommendations for improvement.
6+; years of experience in customer marketing or related roles.
Experience in a similar B2B industry, focused on driving revenue and lead generation.
Experience in organizing attendance at large trade shows and exhibitions.
Dynamic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience working with SFDC.
Experience working on Marketing Development Funds (MDF) programs.
