List Services Assistant

TSG - The Sheridan Group is seeking a List Services Assistant to support data-driven public affairs and advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will maintain and segment contact lists, manage databases and email lists, and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms. You'll prepare lists for targeted outreach, pull reports, and collaborate with account teams to support advocacy, coalition, and media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contact and advocacy lists across databases
• Segment lists for targeted outreach and advocacy campaigns
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and deduplication
• Prepare and format lists for email, digital, and coalition outreach
• Generate basic reports and list performance summaries
• Support account teams with list pulls and targeting requests
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve list management processes
• Handle sensitive contact data in a secure and confidential manner
