List Services Assistant

TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a detail-oriented List Services Assistant to support high-impact public affairs and advocacy campaigns. In this role, you will build, maintain, and segment contact and stakeholder lists, perform data entry and quality checks, and prepare lists for email, digital outreach, and targeted communications. You will collaborate closely with account teams, pull reports, track campaign performance, and help ensure accurate, compliant data management.

This position offers close mentorship, exposure to policy and media campaigns, and growth opportunities in strategic communications and public affairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and update contact and stakeholder lists
• Segment lists for email, digital, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Perform accurate data entry and regular quality checks
• Prepare, format, and export lists for campaign execution platforms
• Generate basic list and performance reports for account teams
• Support tracking and documentation of outreach activities
• Collaborate with communications staff to meet client campaign needs
• Ensure data handling aligns with privacy and compliance guidelines
