Job DescriptionWe are searching for the best talent to join our team as a Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs. This is a hybrid role available in Raritan, NJ or Spring House, PA.
The Senior Manager, Global Oncology Communications, Bladder Cancer and GU Public Affairs supports Innovative Medicine Communications and Public Affairs by helping execute integrated global communications strategies that advance business priorities, strengthen stakeholder trust, and enhance Johnson & Johnson’s reputation in oncology, with bladder cancer as the primary area of focus within the genitourinary cancer portfolio. This role partners closely with Global Therapeutic Area Communications, R&D, Global Commercial Strategy, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, regional and local market teams, and other enterprise partners to support clear narratives, aligned messaging and materials, and coordinated execution across global and local channels.
The role operates within a highly matrixed, global-to-local model, contributing to product, reputation and organizational communications that support bladder cancer portfolio milestones, disease awareness, innovation storytelling, market-shaping priorities and key lifecycle moments, while helping ensure alignment across the broader GU strategy.
- Support global and local communications and public affairs activations for the bladder cancer portfolio, while helping ensure alignment across the broader genitourinary cancer strategy.
- Provide support for prostate cancer communications and public affairs initiatives as needed, in alignment with broader GU priorities.
- Contribute market and stakeholder insights to the development of global communications and public affairs strategies for bladder cancer, aligned with business priorities, portfolio milestones and lifecycle moments, including data readouts, launches and growth initiatives.
- Translate complex scientific data and strategies into clear, compelling messaging across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Adapt and deliver core messaging, content, and campaigns for local market impact.
- Support proactive communications that differentiate Johnson & Johnson as a global health innovator in bladder cancer, including disease awareness, innovation storytelling, product communications and reputation-building initiatives.
- Contribute to successful local product launches and support priority growth brands at key moments.
