Associate Director, Global Marketing Oncology

Role:
Associate Director, Global Oncology Marketing, focusing on a new KRAS-targeted therapy in oncology. Primary objective s include developing brand strategy, supporting launch readiness, and expanding the oncology portfolio globally.

• collaborate cross-functionally to create brand messaging, develop marketing strategies, and manage campaign execution
• coordinate with regions and key markets to tailor global strategies
• oversee relationships with promotional agencies
• engage with teams across Precision Medicine, Market Research, and Training to ensure alignment

• Bachelor's Degree, at least 6 years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with experience in brand development, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
• strong collaboration and communication skills
• deep knowledge of marketing principles and launch processes within pharma/biotech sectors

• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA), oncology experience (preferably NSCLC or CRC), and global marketing background

• oncology (KRAS, NSCLC, CRC), product launch, global strategy, cross-functional leadership, and experience supporting biotech/pharmaceutical brands

The role involves some travel (~25%) and hybrid work, with onsite visits to Rahway and Upper Gwynedd offices.

The position plays a strategic role in launching and positioning innovative targeted therapies within oncology, supporting global marketing efforts.
