The Impactful Women's Network (TIWN), part of the World Spirit of the Game Foundation, focuses on helping individuals and organizations maximize their positive social impact through networking, peer support, and training. The Foundation is a global coalition of NGOs, entrepreneurs, educators, and citizens working towards a more equitable society and sustainable business practices. Through its four pillars—The Impactful Networks, Impact Coaching Coalition, NGO Support and Networking, and the Global Social Movement—it tackles critical societal issues and fosters a "new definition of winning" by encouraging personal accountability and collaboration.
The organization operates globally, with regional, national, and local initiatives tailored to various communities.
This is a "volunteer to start" position for the Global CEO of The Impactful Women''s Network. The Global CEO will oversee the organizational strategy, management, and execution of programs aimed at maximizing social impact. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing operations, leading various initiatives, growing partnerships, building relationships with stakeholders, and representing the organization at global forums. The ideal candidate will also mentor and collaborate with global teams, and coordinate with volunteers, partners, and board members to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Planning, and long-term organizational vision
- Proven experience in Operations Management and effective leadership across diverse teams
- Skill in Finance, including budgeting and financial oversight in a nonprofit or purpose-driven organization
- Experience in Sales and building partnerships to drive organizational growth and outreach
- Knowledge or experience in social impact work, NGO engagement, or community development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage global audiences
- Passion for making a positive difference in society and aligning actions with sustainable and equitable principles
