Director Development – Lehigh Valley Health Network
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) seeks a Director of Development to lead strategic fundraising across our Healthcare & Medical Services system. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute major gift and campaign strategies that advance clinical programs and community initiatives. In our collaborative, mission-driven culture, you’ll manage a development team, build donor relationships, and partner with physicians and executives to align philanthropy with LVHN priorities, driving sustainable growth and impact.
