Position OverviewKingdom Youth Network is seeking a creative and mission-driven Social Media Volunteer to help strengthen our online presence and expand awareness of our mentoring program, events, volunteer opportunities, and community impact.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, social media engagement, and helping a nonprofit communicate its mission clearly and consistently.
What You’ll Do- Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other platforms
- Develop simple graphics, captions, short videos, reels, or story posts
- Highlight mentor stories, youth impact, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and community partnerships
- Help organize photos, testimonials, and content ideas for future posts
- Support digital outreach campaigns to recruit mentors, volunteers, and supporters
- Engage with comments, shares, partner posts, and relevant community organizations online
- Help KYN communicate its mission in a way that is clear, professional, and inspiring
- Creative, reliable, and mission-driven
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Linked In
- Familiar with Canva or willing to learn basic design tools
- A strong writer or communicator
- Interested in youth empowerment, mentoring, and community impact
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with KYN’s voice and values
Your work helps more people discover Kingdom Youth Network. Every post, story, video, and campaign can help recruit mentors, reach families, attract volunteers, and grow support for youth who need caring adults in their lives.
Time CommitmentThis role is flexible and can be done remotely. Volunteers typically contribute 2–4 hours per week, depending on availability and current campaigns.
