Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer to shape fundraising strategies and engage with major donors. The CPO will lead a Development team, create multi-year plans, and work closely with board members to invigorate fundraising efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in fundraising, strong communication skills, and a passion for the performing arts. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership.
Responsibilities include developing fundraising plans, managing donor relationships, and enhancing the College's overall financial resilience.
