Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Assistant Chaplain for Interfaith Life
. This is a benefits-eligible, grant-funded position that works 10 months during the 2025/2026 academic year
, from approximately mid-August 2025 to mid-June 2026

The Assistant Chaplain for Interfaith Life is part of a new pilot program designed to nurture the spiritual health and life of students of all faiths, with particular attention to improving understanding and awareness of Muslim life on and around Bryn Mawr’s campus. Working closely with the Interfaith Chaplain
, the Assistant Chaplain will promote an inclusive community, spiritual wellness, and support students in their journeys of spiritual growth, ethical reflection, and meaning making.
The Assistant Chaplain will provide educational, religious, and programmatic resources to both Muslim and non-Muslim students and support the work and mission of The Impact Center for Community, Equity, and Understanding
.
Housed within the Student Life and Wellness Building (“The Well”), The Impact Center addresses issues of diversity, power, and privilege to improve campus climate and community life. Established in 2021, The Well supports holistic wellness and houses the Impact Center, the Health and Wellness Center, and the Career and Engagement Center.
