About Us

Cross Net Ministries is a Christ-centered nonprofit committed to offering health, hope, and practical support in the name of Jesus to individuals and families throughout Eastern Lancaster County. Through more than 30 community programs and strong partnerships with local churches, schools, and organizations, we create opportunities for people of all ages to thrive. What You'll Do as a Youth Programming Manager

• Lead middle and high school youth programs, including Youth Center evenings, Bible studies, and special events that foster meaningful relationships and spiritual growth.
• Cultivate authentic connections with students by creating a welcoming, safe environment where they feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
• Recruit volunteers, equip them for effective ministry, and provide ongoing communication, encouragement, and appreciation.
• Develop engaging outreach opportunities, leadership experiences, and youth programming that respond to the needs of teens in our community.
• Partner with local schools, churches, and community organizations to connect students and families with resources, support, and opportunities for success.
• Coordinate program logistics, budgets, records, and monthly reporting to ensure youth initiatives operate smoothly and effectively.
• Support Cross Net Ministries' fundraising events, staff initiatives, and community outreach efforts as an active member of our ministry team.
• Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and Christ-centered service while helping young people navigate challenges with hope and purpose.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
