Part-Time (Approx. 25 - 29 hrs/week) | Monday - Friday (No Weekends!)

At the Boys &Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, we don't just "watch" kids – we build futures. As a Teen Coordinator, you aren't just a staff member; you're a mentor, a coach, and a catalyst for change. If you have the energy to keep up with grades 6-12 and the heart to help them navigate life, you've found your people.

Forget the boring desk job. Your "office" is a high-energy Clubhouse where no two days are the same. You will:

• Create the Vibe: Lead awesome programs focused on career prep, community service, and healthy lifestyles.
• Be the Bridge: Build real relationships with teens, helping them find their voice and their passions.
• Lead the Team: Support and inspire program staff to keep the Clubhouse safe, fun, and inclusive.
• Grow the Family: Help us reach more teens in Blaine and Ferndale through outreach and engagement.

• You're a People Person: You genuinely enjoy the company of teenagers (and you can handle their humor!).
• You're a Goal-Getter: You want to see measurable impact in your community.
• You Value Diversity: You believe our team should look like the community we serve.
• You're Reliable: You're ready to show up for the kids Monday through Friday.
• You have: three years prior experience in a similar position

We're the largest youth-serving organization in the county, and we're looking for someone who is ready to give "whatever it takes" to help a kid succeed.

STARTING PAY
: $21.00/per hour

• Employee assistance program (free to all employees)
• No weekend work
• Sick Days accrual per WA State Sick Leave Law for part-time employees
• 401k plan after 60 days (up to 6% match after 1 year of service)
