Kingdom Youth Network is a Christian mentoring organization dedicated to equipping underserved youth in Philadelphia and Delaware County with the character, confidence, and purpose needed to flourish. We provide holistic, faith‑informed mentoring that strengthens youth spiritually, emotionally, academically, and socially, while partnering with families and communities to create long‑term impact.
Kingdom Youth Network is seeking caring, committed volunteer mentors to support underserved youth in grades 6 through 12 across Philadelphia and Delaware County. Our mission is to inspire and empower young people through mentorship rooted in Christian values, helping them grow in character, confidence, resilience, and purpose.
Mentors are matched one‑to‑one with a young person and meet biweekly during the school year to provide encouragement, guidance, and consistent support. Through these relationships, mentors help youth strengthen character, build confidence, make positive decisions, and move toward leadership and purpose.
We are looking for adults who are dependable, compassionate, and willing to be a positive Christian role model. No prior mentoring experience is required. All mentors receive screening, training, and ongoing support.
Volunteer Responsibilities Include- Building a positive, consistent relationship with a mentee
- Meeting twice per month during the school year
- Offering encouragement, accountability, and faith‑informed guidance
- Participating in required screening and training
- Communicating reliably with program staff
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young person while helping strengthen families and communities through mentoring. All services are provided free to youth and families.
