University of Pennsylvania seeks an Associate Director for Parent Fundraising within the Office of Parent & Family Giving. You will manage a portfolio of ~120 parent donors, cultivate relationships, and lead strategies to secure gifts of $100,000+ in support of Penn's priorities.
You will collaborate with the DAR leadership and faculty, travel as needed, and engage Penn Parents Council volunteers while ensuring excellent donor stewardship and impact communication.
