Overview

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Nittany Valley is hiring for full-time and PRN LPN/LVN positions. Night shift positions available. The base pay range is $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr with compensation determined by experience and certifications, plus shift differentials.

• Perform a broad array of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Provide direct care to patients; carry out plans of care and observe vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Work with a wide range of diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
• Help patients work toward goals of being discharged and returning to their lives, families, and communities.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure appropriate to state regulations required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One or more years of experience within an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Excellent PRN rates; compensation based on years of experience and applicable certifications; generous shift differentials.
