Be the Best Clinical Liaison RN You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:- One (1) year of RN experience in local market with a strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques
- Previous medical sales experience preferred
- Licensed RN currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
- Provide community and provider in-service education in assigned territory.
- Maintain daily communication with Admissions Department and Team Directors.
- Work with the Hospice Care Consultants to develop and implement individualized marketing plan.
- Maintain visibility and accountability to increase relationships with contracted inpatient
facilities and physician groups. - Act as a liaison with Accent Care Hospice Medical Director, Team Physicians and Hospice Physicians on behalf
of providers and patients/families. - Make inpatient visits at contracted facilities and communicates with Admissions Department, Team
Directors and/or Primary Nurse. - Provide consultation on hospice and palliative care.
