Join Our Dedicated Healthcare Team as an LPN or RN in Pennsylvania s Intensive Support Facilities! Be a vital part of providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a supportive, community-focused environment. Your expertise will directly impact residents quality of life, ensuring they receive compassionate, personalized care in a dynamic setting.
What You Will Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents within our ICF facilities, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Rotate between multiple on-campus homes, delivering consistent, high-quality support during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program to ensure familiarity with facility procedures and resident needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of resident health status.
- Valid LPN license or RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, with experience in developmental or behavioral health preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents and team members.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Skills:
- Prior experience in an ICF setting or with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse resident populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential from an accredited institution.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a residential care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and weekdays, with flexibility to rotate between multiple campus homes.
- Willingness to travel within the campus environment; no external travel required.
- Certifications:
CPR/BLS required; additional relevant certifications are a plus. - Compliance with all licensure and certification requirements mandated by state and federal law.
