Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, and maintaining medication documentation information.

  Minimum Licensed Practical Nurse Credentials
• Experience
  :
  Experience 1 year in mental health preferred.
• Certifications & Licenses
  : PA LPN licensure current and in good standing
