Every weekend position, 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. Your expertise and leadership will enable us to maintain our commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that residents' needs are being met and that our services are effective

• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care

• Monitor and manage the flow of patient care, ensuring that it is efficient and effective

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our care and services

• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care that respects the unique needs and characteristics of each resident
