• PRN schedules: 2nd shift 3 pm–11 pm, 3rd shift 11 pm–7 am (weekday and weekends), 7 a‑3 p, 7 a‑7 p, 3 p‑11 p, and 11 p‑7 a.
• Flexible hours: 4, 8, 12, 16, or 24 hours per week; minimum of 24 hours a month.

• Paid CEUs via partnership with Lippincott Nursing Center.
• Pay range: LPN $32.00–$36.48/hr; RN $40.00–$45.60/hr.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s PA Adult Services supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across its Berwyn, PA campus. The team of over 800 staff—clinicians, nurses, recreational, and direct support workers—works toward the common goal of happiness, self‑fulfillment, and social integration for each adult in our community.

• Educate clients, families, and staff on health, wellbeing and disease prevention.
• Attend resident meetings as needed and provide health updates to the team and families.
• Communicate with physicians regarding client needs, nursing assessments, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure client well‑being.
• Perform assessments and evaluations for potential clients and create nursing care plans.
• Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Provide basic patient care or treatments, including dressing wounds, treating pressure ulcers, massaging, or performing catheterizations.
• Measure and record vital signs, administer medications, and maintain records in the electronic health system.
• Provide training to staff.
• Complete audits per regulatory requirements.
• Implement necessary diet changes when applicable.
• Ensure physical, medical, and immunization requirements are completed per regulations.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager.

• Current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Eligibility to practice in PA.
• RN preferred for night shift; LPN must have at least one year experience in behavioral health to be considered for night shift.
• Prior nursing experience in a health‑care facility.
• Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or traumatic brain injury preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver’s license.
