Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Distribute and document medication for residents according to physician orders and regulations;
Assist residents with activities of daily living and follow Plan of Care;
Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis and assist with daily living activities;
Administer medication as directed by supervisor and document in daily logbook;
Prepare and transfer information to the next shift and assist in dining room as needed
