Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mulberry Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN will work closely with our nursing team to support daily care, administer treatments, and ensure the health and well-being of each resident.

Shift Availability: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am

LPN Responsibilities:

* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

* Monitor residents' health, report changes, and document care accurately

* Assist with assessments and contribute to care planning

* Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

* Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members

* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

LPN

Qualifications:

* Current and valid LPN license

* Strong clinical and communication skills

* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

* Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (but not required)
