Location:

* Recruits, selects and counsels staff.
* Disciplines staff as appropriate and documents accordingly.
* Consistently & fairly interprets and enforces Human Resources' policies & procedures and refers to appropriate person if necessary.
* Oversees staff and department in-services and orientation.
* Ensures that all mandatory requirements have been communicated to the staff for compliance.
* Develops Quality Improvement plan for Unit/area of responsibility.
* Develops and monitors the budget, prepares variance analysis and evaluates opportunities for cost reductions.
* Conducts staff meetings on a regular basis and disseminates information.
* Investigates & responds appropriately to all complaints and recommends corrective action if necessary.
* Demonstrates behaviors that promote positive customer relations with physicians, staff, patients & visitors.
Position Requirements :
* PA RN License
* BSN Required, MSN Preferred
* 2 Years of Management Experience Required
* AHA BLS
