Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is a compassionate and patient-centered care provider seeking a dedicated and skilled Baylor Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and patients.

As a Baylor Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents and patients, under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and patients
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care

• Provide individualized care to each resident, tailored to their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff
• Participate in staff meetings and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills

• Baylor Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to provide compassionate care to residents and patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
