Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab
Location: Honesdale, PA
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Days | 4 x 10-Hour Shifts | 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM | 40 Hours Per Week
Pay: $50/hr - $65/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse - Cath Lab for an exciting Contract job in Honesdale, PA.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Administer medications, sedation, and IV therapies as ordered.
- Ensure continuous cardiac monitoring and rapid response to changes in patient status.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation (7-10 call days per 4-week period).
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality care standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Prior Cath Lab or critical care experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
- Current NIHSS Certification.
- Strong cardiac nursing and procedural support experience.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Must be available for on-call and rotating weekend/holiday coverage.
- Experience with Meditech EMR.
- Experience supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Strong hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
