The Director of Nursing provides clinical and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and person-centered care aligned with Christ's Home's mission and values.

This role is ideal for a nursing leader who enjoys being visible, engaged, and influential
, while guiding staff, supporting survey readiness, and continuously advancing clinical practice.

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards
• Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Foster a positive, accountable, and resident-focused culture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for high-quality resident care

This is a Full-time position.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
