We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing for our PA Adult Services Center.

The role will direct nursing activities to assure the delivery of quality nursing services in accordance with established nursing procedures, regulatory requirements, Devereux Standards of Care, and best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct Center nursing activities to assure the delivery of quality nursing services.
• Serve as a nursing expert and guide staff to implement a program focusing on high quality health care services, providing leadership, training, and ongoing support.
• Maintain the department budget and fiscal health.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as medical, admissions, operations, and quality management.
• Serve as liaison with on‑call physicians, community medical providers, and independent contractors.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, registered nurse license in Pennsylvania. BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a health care facility, preferably with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI. At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft applications.
• Valid driver’s license; at least 21 years of age.
