About the establishment

The Service Autonomie à Domicile Soins Darcy Brun supports up to 53 patients whose interventions are exclusively in the following municipalities:
Chaillevette, Arvert, Etaules, les Mathes, Saint Augustin, La Tremblade, Breuillet, Mornac sur Seudre, St Sulpice de Royan, and l'Eguille sur Seudre.

Under the responsibility of the Direction of the gerontological platform DARCY-BRUN, you will work under the authority of the nurse coordinator in liaison with the team of SAD Soins.

You will join a dynamic, autonomous, and force of proposal team to always better meet the expectations of patients.

Missions

Main Missions

• Provide hygiene and comfort care;
• Ensure preventive monitoring of the patient's health status;
• Participate in the identification of the person's needs and follow their evolution;
• Share observations with care providers and inform the nurse coordinator of the patient's evolving needs;
• Participate in the quality approach of the service.

Hours:

7h-13h/17h-19h during the week / 7h-13h/16h-19h on weekends

Work 1 weekend in 2 and public holidays in rotation

Shift work 12 hours

Driving license B required: company car provided and professional phone

Required profile/skills/experiences

Desired experience: – 2 years

Diploma:

Holder of a nursing assistant diploma, or AES or AMP Required

Special knowledge/skills required

Master the nursing techniques related to the position

Master the handling techniques with or without technical equipment
