• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna may assist after hire)
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
