What You'll Do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, supporting individuals with age-specific medical needs across our residential programs.
Daily Responsibilities
Assist with daily living skills, personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and oral careSupport individuals with toileting, repositioning, ambulation, and transfersMonitor and report changes in individuals' condition to the supervising nurseSupport community engagement and recreational activitiesPrepare meals and maintain a clean, organized home environmentTransport individuals to appointments and community activitiesAdminister medications as directedProvide feeding assistance, including support with feeding tubesPerform basic wound care and catheter/colostomy care per facility protocolMeasure and record fluid intake and outputIdentify and apply preventative measures for high-risk conditions (falls, choking, Narcan use)Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for individuals servedPromote dignity, respect, and person-centered supportWhat We Offer
