Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 12 Hour Shifts

$5.00/hour weekend differential (FT, PT, and PRN)

As an LPN at Stone Ridge, you’ll play a key role across both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care, delivering high-quality care while supporting residents, families, and your team.

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions
• Communicating with physicians and families as a resident advocate
• Support nurse aides
• Assist with care planning and implementation
• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies with confidence
