Position

NAPA is seeking a full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our practice at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center.

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center opened in the Summer of 2022. It is a 132‑bed acute care facility with 6 operating rooms, 2 hybrid rooms, and a diverse case mix including orthopedics, pediatrics, OB, urology, neurology, general surgery, GI, TEE, and EP lab procedures.

• Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments.
• Obtain or verify patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induce, maintain, and allow emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor physiological conditions during procedures.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certification or recertification by the AANA.

Flexible schedule options are available: 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties, and the CRNA call is in‑house during shift only.

Base salary: $255,000 – $330,000. Sign‑on bonus: $75,000. Annual retention bonus, loan repayment or training assistance, and paid weeks of PTO are provided. The practice includes 6 anesthesiologists and 8‑10 CRNAs with a leadership model led by Chief CRNA Katelyn GIngrich. No elective weekend cases are performed.
