Registered Nurse Supervisor; 2nd shift - South Mountain Restoration Center

This position oversees nursing services to ensure residents receive high quality care and support. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating care, and maintaining a safe environment. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:

• Clinical Oversight: Guide staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care across multiple areas
• Team Leadership: Support collaboration among nursing staff, administration, and interdisciplinary teams

  Provide clear communication to residents, families, and staff while facilitating organizational updates
• Staff Development: Offer ongoing training, orientation, and performance guidance for nursing personnel
• Documentation Tasks: Complete records, evaluations, and required reports while monitoring resident care quality
• Emergency Response: Respond to critical situations and ensure resident safety during urgent events

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, with rotating on and off duty days including weekends and holidays.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability.

Special Requirements:

• This position requires active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• If you possess an active temporary practice permit, you must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

Other Requirements:

• PA residency requirement: is currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
