Location: Garrettford
Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in Pennsylvania. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing care in the child’s home.
This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, clear directions, and safety. A PA LPN license, TB test, BLS CPR, and a valid driver’s license are required; experience with G-tube/trach/vent is a plus or willingness to train.
