About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest best practices

• Assist with preparing patients for meals, activities, and therapies

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in nursing preferred

• One year of experience as an LPN or equivalent preferred
