- Perform other duties as assigned
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CHHA certification in Pennsylvania
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to follow care plans and work effectively within a care team
- Previous experience with senior or memory care residents is a plus
