Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality daily care (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the LPN or RN Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for our residents.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to follow and update resident care plans.
- Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
