We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide CNA to join our team at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of senior care services in York, Pennsylvania. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite care to long‑term skilled nursing. As a CNA on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation, as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high‑quality care and support
- Maintain certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
