What You’ll Do- Conduct assessments and monitor resident health trends.
- Oversee medication programs and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians and clinical teams.
- Support infection control and regulatory compliance.
- Lead clinical training and support staff development.
- Monitor incidents and drive quality improvements.
- Active RN license.
- Experience in assisted living, hospital or long‑term care.
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
