Location: Langhorne
Trinity Health - 1201 Langhorne Newtown Road - Responsibilities:
Provide direct, basic patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse;
Obtain supplies from designated supply rooms and prepare patient rooms for admission/discharge;
Assist with feeding patients and monitor intake and output;
Collect specimens (urine, stool, etc.) and perform routine procedures;
Participate in hourly rounding to ensure patient safety and comfort and assist with patient toileting and repositioning
