Position: Nurse Assistant - MG1 Step Down - Days
Location: Langhorne

Trinity Health - 1201 Langhorne Newtown Road - Responsibilities:
Provide direct, basic patient care activities under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse;
Obtain supplies from designated supply rooms to assure patient rooms are ready for admission and cleared at discharge/transfer;
Demonstrate ability to feed patients and monitor intake and output;
Demonstrate competence with preventive care activities and use of equipment as instructed by RN;
Participate in hourly rounding to ensure patient safety and comfort
