Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. • Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train

5 South – Medical Progressive Care Jefferson's Medical Progressive Care Unit consists of 28 beds with capabilities for high level cardiac monitoring. Integrated patient care is provided for patients with Respiratory Failure, Heart Failure, and patients that may require bi‑pap, chest tubes, and titratable intravenous drips.
