Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in‑home care for medically fragile children.

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and complete assessments

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high‑acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN
• 8-16 hour shifts available
