- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license, PPD or chest x‑ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
- Valid driver’s license
- G‑tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
