Lititz:
Case #1 Saturday & Sunday flexible 8-10 hours 1st/2nd shift OR Case #2 Sunday-Friday (alternating weeks) 11:30 pm-7:30 am

Ephrata: Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm (female staff preferred)

What You’llDo:

• Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care

• Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care.

• Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.

Requirements:

• Active nursing license:
  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)-ONLINE not accepted without the hands-onportioncompleted

• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances: provided by eKidzCare, if needed

• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test or Chest X-ray (6-month shelf life) or Blood Test (Upon Hire)(provided by eKidzCare, if needed)

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or must be willing toparticipatein the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
